Eggs. I have today found black mold inside the chicken eggs. What should I do and what is it

I have had this once
I left the egg for a few days and when I opened it this is what I found
No idea why as it wasn’t hot out
But maybe as others said a small crack and was left
Is this what yours looked like too

Doesn't look like mold in yours. Looks like tissue, so likely sloughing of the reproductive system or could be a piece of Follicle.

So it can be a darker colour as well

I haven’t had any other issues in my eggs just that once
