Im a guy..if some of you dont know..and i dont like to dirty a skillet to get some eggs..I have lots of bowls, but not a lot of skillets.so why not scrambled eggs in microwave!!

Im getting so much eggs ive been trying to think of ways to put more eggs into my food.To save money.

You may think im weird but i like alittle Pure maple syrup on my eggs fried or scrambled..
I made me some Microwaved scrambled eggs just 10 minutes ago.. Took about 3 minutes to cook.
It was alright, but dry..but filling..

I make my individual eggs for egg sandwiches in the microwave. Fast and less mess! You can also make a fair omelet in about 3 minutes the same way....no skillet! One bowel and some nonstick spray and its not so dry as just scrambled eggs.

They do it like this in some deli's by us....I tried it to...not so bad...comes out a little Fluffy at first....just don't over do it, it takes seconds to cook. If you do....it will be worse than cleaning up that skillet!

I am a guy too! I am like you I hate to dirty up a skillet. I love eggs in the microwave. I crack a few eggs in a bowl and put a pinched up thick slice velveta in there too and cook for a couple minutes stirring a couple times before done. I like mine a little more runny than dry. Really good with bread! Good Eats!

Word to the wise....true story to follow:

A doctor that I worked with ( Pakistani) put an egg in a cup of water to "boil" it in the microwave. You guessed it! The microwave exploded! Eggs all over the room, porcelain cup fragments flying through the air and the microwave was finito!

Don't try this at home.....
