Eggs not hatching Green yolks

Pics
Improper incubator or egg sanitation, and handling the eggs with dirty hands for candling or turning.
i had the same thing happens with a brand new incubator and turner,, the plastics gassed out so bad it gave me a headache.. the problem didn't start til the incubator was warmed up for about 4 days.. i cold not move the eggs the other bator was full of the same flocks eggs,, could toxins cause the green yolks and death?.. mine are actually still alive but quit developing .. only 6 out of 46 eggs have hatched, 16 died early with red blood rings 30 candled viable at 18 days but are not hatching

I really don't think off-gassing would cause green yolks, green really points to bacterial invasion. Blood rings can have a few causes, but would not assume plastic for it either.

Another good reason for starting your incubator a week before you plan to set, that off-gassing would have been gone. I haven't noticed any in my new incubators, but if it were a concern, a week running empty would do it.

Clean and sanitize your incubator, verify temperature and humidity, and try again.

The reason my eggs werent hatching was due to the mold on my walls, cleaned my walls reset eggs and they started hatching havent had an issue since.
