Eggs not hatching

So I have just finished my fourth egg batch of hatching eggs in an incubator. I follow the directions of the right temperature, have the water/humidity right, and don't open the incubator during lock down. The eggs are growing during the first couple weeks, but during the third week or lock down time, they stop and get the blood tings I see people talking about and none have hatched. Any ideas on what could be going wrong?

Have you calibrated independent thermometers and hygrometers? Incubator built in readings are notoriously unreliable. You should check all areas of the incubator for steady and uniform temperature throughout.

Some from my hen that's laying Everyday and some from a friend of a friend.

It's a little giant styrofoam incubator. It has a thermometer that I have between 98-99.5 degrees, but no hygrometer. It's called a Little Giant incubator with automatic egg Turner if that means anything.
