Eggs or chicks

I am new in the chicken business. I want to start a small business either eggs or chicks? Not sure which one is the best. Any advise.

Not so much cockerals, more hens.. which you cannot guarentee... I find selling eggs is easier, as I am not left with surplus cockerals.. or either sell from day olds, unsexed.. p.s I have sold more eggs than chicks.
