Eggs outside the nest

Hi folks
I've just moved my brooding silkie hen with her eggs and noticed that there were a few of them outside the nest. Does that mean the eggs are dead?

Candle them. They could be dead, infertile or just pushed put if she shifted wrong or had too many eggs
