Eggs peeping on the wrong side of the egg

Hello i need your guys help today is day 27 of my duck eggs to hatch but for some reason they peeped from the wrong side and have been like that from yesterday they started peeping when they were still in the egg turner and im really worried should i leave them or what should i do im really worrued for them one seems to be fine but i dont know please help

In this malpostion, the duckling did not internally pip into the air cell like it normally would because it was in the wrong end of the egg. That means that when they tried to internally pip, they externally pipped instead. Because they didn't get to internally pip, they still have a lot of absorbing to do. Don't start to worry that they are not progressing until it's been 30 to 48 hours from the external pip. The good news is most of the time they can hatch themselves in this position, so you will likely not have to do a thing.
