Maybe you can use a bit of aquarium pump tubing and a three cc syring to get the water where you want it.

Good idea! I don't have aquarium tubing but I have quite a few fluid drip setups that have gotten past their usefulness but I hate throwing away any veterinary equipment. I will use one of those drip lines! VOILA! Thanks!
