Hey all. I set 20 eggs in my RCOM 20 PRO yesterday. I have mixed various breeds of eggs in the incubator. It was so easy to use. Just filled it up with watrer. Selected the pre set "Chicken Function" and hit enter. Thats all I needed to do.

I turned it on an hour prior to putting in the eggs. There was no need to calibrate temp or humidity, it was spot on within half an hour.

I had a couple of glimpses of the temp and humidity and it has remained spot on.

Fingers crossed. Anyone care to join me ??

i set eggs today!! aand 19th,21st, and 23rd.

Excellent.. I've put the following eggs in:

• Speckled Sussex Standard x 5
• Light Sussex bantams x 5
• Silver Spangled Hamburgs x 5
• Lavender Araurcanas x 5

I have never bred these before so fingers crossed! I dont know enough about these specific breeds, (apart from they look great) I need to do some more homework on them. I think I'm getting obsessed. If anyone wants to tip in their knowledge please feel free to enlighten me!

All of mine are a splash cochin cross, they can be crossed with EE, buff brahma, or barred rock. The one I managed to hatch the first time around is crossed with EE obviously because of the green legs and beard its a cutie

After 2 days? please post them up for all of us to see! I might do the same tonight

Am i doing any damage to the eggs or hindering hatchability if I touch them so early?

ill post pics as soon as i upload them, u cant really c anything yet but on the ones i know r good u can see the eggs red and theres a tiny circle where the growth is, i know there good cuz the ones in with them looked the same and there 7 days in and have veins and u can see the baby moving
