Eggs set today 9/21/11 anyone else?

I put mine in the night of the 19th, is that close enough to join? 28 of a mixed lot someone traded me for a rooster, may or may not be viable but we will see! 7 of them are my bantam cochin eggs, which I KNOW are viable, and some oddballs I found in the coop that could be anything!

I put some in on the 17th, 19th, and 20th! There will be cochins, frizzles, campines (silver and gold) and Mille Fleurs!!!!

hows the eggs coming along? how accurate is the temp and humidity gauge you are using i have the same one...what temp do you keep it at?

I had a huge scare on Monday!!!! Monday morning I went in to check on the incubator on lockdown and the temp was 86 degrees

Seems the heating unit died!!!! I quickly moved the eggs to my second unit! Well this morning I woke up to a pip on a lavendar Ameraucana egg

I have a little bantam hen sitting on 3 pekin duck eggs....my chicken eggs were not fertile and she wanted to sit...she has been on them since about 9/24/11...give or take a few days....I keep candling them and can see the duckling forming...I just hope they form all the way and she atleast hatches out one...cant wait to see a duck following a chicken

fingers crossed by the end of this month I will have babies
