Eggs soon?

So today while giving the chickens some treats I noticed my EE/RIR mix her comb is definitely turning red! Checked the calendar and she's 16 weeks old.. so I'm thinking she'll hopefully be laying by the end of September?
The lasts pic is a few days ago, it's hard to see her comb but it was deff lighter than it is now!

Might be a bit young yet. Generally combs get redder about 4-8 weeks before they start to lay, but you never know. She also looks like she's still growing in her tail too, she will finish getting her adult feathers first.
