Did you increase the humidity when they were wiggling? If not, they may have gotten too dry.
You can try floating the eggs in a bowl of warm water for a minute or two, to see if they move. If the babies are still alive, they'll probably cause the eggs to jerk a little in the water.
What's your best guess about the age of the eggs, and how many days do peacocks take?
People always ask when they should panic. Here's my answer: NEVER.
No point in panicking at all. Either they're ok and will hatch, (even if they need intervention) or they're dead and nothing you can do. Panic is not helpful, in either case.
That isn't meant to sound harsh, I see that question a lot, and it seems.....well, let's just say, not helpful.
I hope your eggs are still viable. Did you candle to see if you can see any movement or veins? If you see any veining at all, it's alive. Shine the light down through the air cell, and look closely at the upper edges of the dark area. Near hatching, it can be completely dark, and you may not see veins, but still have a viable chick. You can tap them gently while hold them up to your ear, and see if you hear any peeping.
In any case, I'd give them at least a week past when you think they're due, at the latest, just in case. Unless they start to smell bad, or ooze. When that happens, you know for sure there's nothing alive in that egg except microbes.
Good luck, and I hope your eggs hatch.
