Eggs with aircells on side - how best to position for hatch?

I have 2 eggs from a batch of 6 which were a long time in the post and took a week to get to me. Right now these 2 are developing and wriggling but air cells come from the fat end of the egg right down one side. I am wondering which is the best way to position them for hatching?
 
I have never hatched shipped eggs, but I have read about modifying egg carts so they can stand point down. Hopefully someone more experienced will chime in.
 
Yes they rested 24 hours before putting in the incubator. This evening was day 18 so stopped turning them. Here are some photos. Darker egg is pretty difficult to see if anything is moving - think it is.

Both hatched, one i did have to assist. Bizarrely the one which hatched by itself ended up with leg issues and couldn't walk and we ended up culling it. Fortunately found 2 chicks locally same age as the one we were left with so the 3 are very happy together!
