Eggs with No development - when to toss

I'm on day 17 with 16 eggs. I can't see any development in any of them, but I don't know if it's because of the shells. I think the odds of 0% development must be pretty low, but you never know. None have exploded and none smell, so I guess i'll see what happens.

I'm in Nebraska - the sandhills.
I have 14 eggs going right now 7 are Easter eggers, and 7 Arucana's - the shells are green, but most I can see though easily - there are a couple with shells that when I put the flashlight on em, the she's are speckley... so its hard to see.

I think I'm right on my guesses at this point, I quickly threw the ones I don't think have developed onto my candler thing, and they're WAY too clear to have anything going on...

I took two of the ones I think are good and looked at them, and the egg is completely dark....
