I have different age hens and some of my younger just started laying a week ago. Are the eggs fertile to put in the incubator?

Well if you have a mature rooster then the eggs should be fertile.

some of my younger just started laying a week ago.

Hatching newly laying pullets eggs can be risky....best to wait a few weeks or more.

Check eggs for fertility when breaking open to eat.
