It seems like all of them have stopped laying, so maybe it's because of lack of nutrients, or lack of daylight. The hens need at least 12 hours of daylight to be laying properly. Maybe check their vents or something to make sure they don't have mites or anything. My chickens had problems laying a few months ago, we figured it was just lack of nutrition and they are laying fine now.

some of them are 2 1/2 - 3 years old, nothing has changed been feeding them 16% protein laying pellets
