hi everyone,i have one female goose who is laying quite well so far,but i cracked one open today and therre was a very clear “bullseye” on the yoke,which is what i know means the egg is fertile
but i do not own a gander and she is my only goose
how is this possible

What kinda pen is it kept in if it's kept in one? I know right now we have "wild" geese coming to our ponds. They aint reall wild but aint tame, a neighbor just lets them roam wherever. I just don't have ducks or geese on the pond anymore and don't care.

Not fertilized...It will have another larger whitish ring around it. Not just the white dot in middle.
