Eggs

I thought I read somewhere that you shouldn't eat the first eggs from a young chicken. Does anyone know how long I should wait or if I need to wait at all to eat my little eggs?

We ate our very first egg. I was small but very yummy.

I used an old family recipe to prepare mine. I hope grandma won't mind me sharing it.

Ingredients:
Butter (or margarine)
Eggs

Beat eggs together in bowl. Melt butter in pan. Cook eggs in butter until stiff.

I got my first egg yesterday. The only reason I didn't eat it, is beccause I am waiting for the other first eggs!!!

Then I will have eggs sunny side up!

Scrambled Eggs

Melt butter in pan. Whisk eggs with small amount of milk or cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Gently scramble in pan until soft and still damp. Put onto plate and add cheese of choice and catsup. Delicious!
