we just got our first eggs from a couple of our chickens and they where kind of small and they wasn't setting on them they where all outside in the run this morning and none of them was sitting or is this normal

Perfectly normal. It would be far more unusual for a hen to go broody after laying her first egg! Some hens never go broody, and those that do, generally lay at least a clutch before starting to sit. Congrats on the first eggs!

I have 5 hens, for a while I got 3, or 2 eggs /day, and they stopped for few weeks , couple days ago only one of them start to lay egg again, Is it normal ? Thank you
