One of our chickens lay eggs with a wart type spot on them in varying sizes if the wart like thing is big when you crack the egg open the inside of the egg is black where the wart like thing is. Does anybody have any ideas what causes this?

Can you take a photo of the outside and inside of an egg with these spots so that we can see them? Generally, black spots inside the shell are bacterial/fungal.
