Hello. Every once in awhile we will get an egg that has a somewhat transparent spot. It’s mostly on our white eggs but I have seen it on some of the colored eggs too. I have checked to see if there are cracks but I don’t see any and the area is not soft - just looks kind of transparent.
Does anyone know what causes this and are the eggs still safe to eat?
