"Eggsperts", did the same chicken lay these two eggs?

Well, we discovered our first egg on Sunday, outside. Nothing on Monday, and then another egg on Tuesday that looked very similar.

Then, two days later, we found this egg.

Much darker bloom...speckles...probably 25% larger than the first two eggs.

It follows the very early every-other-day pattern, but it looks so different. There were no other eggs yesterday. Do you think we have two layers on our hands, or is this normal for new layers?

If this is the first month after point of lay, considerable variation in egg appearance will be normal. After that, size, color and pattern become pretty much established as a signature of that particular hen.
