This egg went into lockdown alive, almost 100% sure, as I saw it moving. Pumped up the humidity to 75%. It didn't hatch, so I checked it, and did the eggtopsy.
What do you think happened?

No one on here that can advise on what might of happened?

What day of incubation, did you do the eggtopsy?
I am not experienced with this but will try to help...

It looks too me like maybe the yolk sac ruptured. Or it didn't completely absorb the yolk sac

This was day 22, and I opened it up as it was clear that there was no movement what so ever.

Did you have any temp spikes?

No temp spikes. Incubated in a brand new brinsea mini advanced. Temp was spot on according to the brinsea and 2 extra thermometers. I dry incubated for the first 18 days and then from lock down the humidity was at around 70%.
It was alive and moving around at lockdown.

What was your temp?
Still or forced air incubator?
I know low temp can cause problems.....
