Eggtopsy (with graphic pic) Any ideas?

Alright, new to forum! Just finished up with my first hatch. All eggs come from 19 hens I already have. I started with 18 eggs and I now have 15, day old chicks that are doing great. Unfortunately, I did lose three. Upon opening the eggs I found what appeared to be 3 fully (I think) developed chicks. I really am curious what could have been the cause to them not hatching. Can anyone identify anything wrong with them in this pic. I know it’s not the best. I’m assuming this sack on all three was the yolk to be absorbed? I would just like to be able to have an idea if I could have done something differently. Thanks!

was the egg white bubbly? if so, the humidity was too high and they drowned
if they were a tad bigger or smaller than normal, they might not have been able to get proper leverage to hatch.

I didn’t notice any bubbles. I kept humidity at roughly 40-50% the first 18 days. Bumped it up to 70-80 the last 3. It would spike to 85-90 once chicks started hatching. I tried to control with venting. I had 2 thermometer/hygrometers in there and they would read about 7% difference. This is something I want to be more accurate with the next time around.

Sounds like humidity may have been a little to high.. I had several last year do the same thing make it clear to lockdown and die before pipping... try humidity from 35 to 55 for the first 18 days then raise it to no higher than 65 to 70 I think...
