We have been trying to get in touch with Eglu via the phone and email but have not gotten a response. Any advice on how to get in touch with them?

How long have you been trying to get a hold of them? Is there any sort of recording available to listen to? It's a holiday break for many people, so maybe they're out celebrating with family and friends. I don't know, I haven't heard of them before. :]
