My young Rosecomb's leg fell between the Eglu Go lousy slippery roost bars :( and she is limping w a swollen knee that sometimes is held out in front of her or seems to bend in under her sometimes.
She's preening, and I want to be sure I am doing the best I can. Tiny bits of baby aspirin, arnica, b12 and all the food she wants.
She can roost at night, walk but w only tiny weight on it. Pain yes bc she closes her eyes when I examine her. No obvious injury but swollen joint at knee.
Eating a lot, drinking. Could she walk if broken/dislocated? What are specific things to look for to determine break, dislocation etc? I see nothing but swelling.

I had her in a sling & she got out. Roosted under the sling last night. I have her inside w papertowels over cushion of orchard grass.
