Egyptian gosling

Hi there! I'm new to this and live in South Africa. I recently (a few days ago) rescued an Egyptian gosling that had been abandoned by its parents because it had fallen and couldn't get up to follow them. I have the little guy/girl under a heating lamp with a comfortable blanket (he snuggles under it as though it's his mum) I was just wondering if anyone has any more advice on raising an Egyptian gosling (his legs are slightly injured from the fall but he is still able to get around to eat, drink and snuggle under his "mom" blanket.) Any further advice appreciated.

I think you are doing what is good for them feeding be careful not to give bread or crackers something I recently learned of
