I don't think so...............................the professor for poultry science at a college said they were Egyptian Houdans or something like that.
 
Well, I have had several of these and they were silkie cochin crosses from my own birds.

I hope you didn't pay too much for them.

If one will buy a Egyptian Houdan, there has to be another out there that want the same. I would hatch a bunch, then sell thier eggs, shouldn't hold eggs for a whole week before shipping, and in order to sell 1/2 dozen you would have to hold for a whole week.
 
No, I didn't pay anything for them, my grandmother bought them for me. I still want to know for sure what they are. OH!!!! They can't be silkie/cochins because the man I bought them from doesn't have cochins.
 
Yup, those are definitely silkie crosses...the blue beak, mulberry colored comb, dark skin and feathered feet say that...crossed with what, though...that is the question.
Hope you didn't pay a fortune...for they are mutts.
