Either serama, OEG, or dutch bantams. any ideas?

this is my 1 and a half year old roo, chico. i think he's serama because of his posture and small size, but he's also got white earlobes.




this girl is a mystery!



i think she can't be dutch, red earlobes, and she's also the smallest adult i've ever had! she can def be serama in my eyes. also, her babies with my roo were tiny! you can see how tiny her baby is even when it was nearly fully feathered. (she's the brown one, by the way. also, the brown chick at the end is her. none of the chickens in these pictures are related to eachother)
