Nord- Resistant to frost?
Redgaurd- good warriors with heavy weaponry.
Orc- same as Redgaurds, except their green and ugly. And like horses. Apparently.
Kajiht- leopard mixed people
Argonian- lizard mixed people. Oh yeah, they can breath under water.
High elves- Good with magic, best with Altheration
Wood elves-good with magic, best with restoration
Dark elves- good with magic, best with alteration
RANKS-

Padlin- both. They are both. Padlins are awesome.
Ranger- are the king's spies, one riot, one ranger.
DARK BROTHERHOOD-

Sighlencer- (Speaker's assassin see in claims, there can only be 4)
Speakers- (speak for the listener see in claims, there can only be 4)
Listener- (tells speakers who the night mother needs assassinated, see claims, can only be 1)
