Yes, but lots of info available from manufacturers ... if one uses a charger it will still be low amps, compared to if an idiot just hooks up to straight AC from there house ... (VERY DANGEROUS!) hopefully nobody is that stupid, one needs to study what they are buying, and setting up ...
