I am planning on putting up 2 strands outside the run later this week. I mainly want it to deter raccoons, possums, Foxes, and stray dogs.

At what height should the two strands be?

You want that bottle line to he around 8-12”. Predator needs to be touching the ground when it touches the hot wire. The second wire I'd be around 2.5'.
