Hey all! :wee
So we’re getting in our shipment of thanksgiving turkeys soon and we wanted to do them inside of electric poultry netting (premier 1), BUT they’ll be co located and moved around our emus 3 acre pasture. And we were thinking this could be a safety hazard, but we were also wondering if anyone has any experience using this sort of fencing around emu? How did it go?
Thoughts?

Cheers!

I'd advise NOT to use it around emus. Someone posted a story on Facebook about how, against advice, they were using it to contain their juvenile emus while working on a more permanent solution. One of the juveniles ended up getting tangled up in the netting and died, sadly.

Ok, thanks. That’s what we were thinking might happen but I was just wondering if anyone had experience at all with it
