Electrolyes plus ratio for small batches.

Hi. My math brain is on the fritz ....Does anyone have the mix ratio for Electrolytes plus? The package says 400g / 750L of water. I only need to do about 2 to 4 L at once.

I do a teaspoon per gallon and adjust from there it doesn't have to be exact as long as it's close

.5 teaspoon to 2 l, 1 teaspoon to 4l
