The local feed store has a generic product for most farm animals. It is an 8 ounce package of water soluable powder. The directions say to use 4 ounces for 55 gals. I use a 3 gal waterer for 15 birds. How would I mix this and keep it fresh for my birds. I'll assume it can be premixed and kept in the frig. My math isn't as good as it use to be and I don't want to overload the birds. Any suggestions?

Thanks and keep up the good work. I'm learning a lot

It figures out to just under an 1/4 oz for 3 gal. It won't hurt if it's not exact. I'd use 1/2 TBS for 3 gals.

Will do. Thanks from one old rooster to another.
