Electrolytes

Hi all! I am new here and new to raising chicks. We have 12 RIR's that we *think* are about a week old. My question is, do we need to use electrolytes in the water? They are all happy and healthy and we still have them in a brooder in the house. Also, if I post a picture, is there anyone who can tell us how old they think they are? Thanks so much!

Mine get plain ol' clean water and are doing fine.

I give mine plain old water. You will love them I have 28 no I think now I have 27. They are great eggs layers.
