Elizabeth was leaning against a wall in a narrow alleyway. She sighed, bored and played with her powers by having a ribbon of ice move around her hand.

She began trying to mold the ice into different things.After concentrating hard enough she made it into a tiny horse that trotted around her hand.She giggled with delight.

Selene ran a hand over her face, water drops sliding down her face, helping cool her face. She collected the water off her face, making the water into a big water droplet hover over her hand. She let the water droplet fall to the ground with a splash, water droplets spraying everywhere.

Carmin hit her fist against her temple, her retina vision clearing. She wiped her clammy palms against her jeans and let it a frustrated sigh. She hated it when she got those headaches. They had always caused her vision to fade slightly.

Elizabeth soon became bored again and sighed.She jumped easily to the top of the alleyway and onto the roof,It was easy for her since both of her leg were robotic.She sat down on the ledge of the roof and looked over the city.

Carmin walked into the kitchen, her face pinched. She grabbed an orange and peeled it in one single peel with her robotic thumb. She popped an orange slice in her mouth. She but her tongue, remembering how she had been teased as a younger kid. Everyone said she only ate nails and wires, but the truth is, cyborgs do have feelings, and can eat real food. She hated that everyone had treated her like just a piece of useless junk. But at least it was different now. She was treated like any other person in the community, sort of. There was still quite a few people that treated her awfully, but she ignored their rude attitudes.

Elizabeth sighed quietly,she felt lonely.She didn't have any friends or at least someone to talk to.Most of her days were spent being bored and just playing with her powers. She avoided any contact with other people as much as she could,she didn't like the disgusted glances they gave her when she wasn't looking.She walked along the roof of the alleyway thinking.
