Kat trotted to Keahi and urgently demaned, "Has Lux come to you to tell of the predator he saw?"

"No. No one came to me." Keahi said, his voice was surprisingly calm. "The only thing that could cause evacuation would be if the Predator of Death Forest escaped."

A horse's scream came out of nowhere. "Lux, that was Lux." Kat was pacing now. "Keahi, Lux is not here, he told me about a predador and now i here his screams. What are you going to do." Kat managed to say this respectfully.

Another scream peirced the air.

"Kai! Gather the stallions! We must find the Predator and Lux!" Keahi ordered. Kai quickly ran to gather the stallions.

The Predator.

Suddenly Kat fell to the ground, great pain registered on her face. "A great time for you to come little one." It appeared she was in labor. "I need a mare to stay with me." she managed. "Send Yuki, i hear she is a great help in childbirth"

Suddenly a foal's tiny head emerged. Kat gave a gasp, lifted her head a moment and let it fall.

"Kat?" Yuki called, walking up.

"Twins," Kat gasped, sucking in breath, "There are two." The first foal lay on the grass. The second's head could barely be seen.
