Ignis walked among the trees of the Peace Forest, his nostrils taking in the fresh scent of spring.

"Hello, sir." Anaru said respectfully when he saw the elder.

"Hello, sir." Anaru said respectfully when he saw the elder.

"Good evening," replied the far larger stallion, who turned around and towered above him. His mane and tail flamed warm purple and red hues like usual. "Anaru! I haven't seen you in ages. How was your journey?"

"Wonderful, sir. Though I was...too late to save my family..." He sighed.
