waoh, waoh, waoh, waoh! Toro strictly said that shadows were not to be copied on any RP! im not trying to be mean, but you cant do that!
 
its fine, its just, Toro is away, so she couldnt say anything. i might join, but again, time zone difference, so im really tired right now!
 
Which isn't a good thing. People copy each other, and don't use their creativity. That isn't how RPs work. You don't join just because your friend made it or you don't want to wait for someone to come back. You join because you like the RP. The original chicken RPs were good; I even brought them back at one point when they disappeared. Then some other people took the idea and opened their own threads, and my thread was pushed back. While I don't have a problem with them pushing my own thread back or anything, what I do have a problem with is unorginality. Chicken RPs have always been loved at BYC, and were the first ones brought up back in '09 or a bit earlier, I believe. There was once a time when others discouraged others from randomly creating RPs because just five or so different threads of chicken RPs (which were linked together by a plot) were too many. My point is, be original and learn how RPs are set up. You don't just slap together a few random things. You need page structure, a plot, a story, color, information about the setting, grammar (a HUGE one which most of the newcomers disregard), and so forth. These things will make the page much more inviting and make it so other people will want to join.

Not to mention you ripped off the other elven RP. There's a difference between ripping someone off, borrowing ideas in a kind manner (by asking), and linking threads together in a plotline. I've been ripped off before, it isn't fun.

you dont think i know that i made them so i can acctually talk to people ive never been able to make friends easily because im either to wweird or people are scared of me and i hate it so made these so i wouldnt always have to be judged like normal
 
That's not really an excuse, but I know where you're coming from. Everyone is judged at some point, and everyone is treated as if they were from another planet at one point. It's unfortunate, but it's a part of dealing with others both offline and online.
 
Ditto what Zinnia said. These poorly thought out, slapped together RPs are getting a bit annoying. There is nothing wrong with simply joining an existing RP, you don't have to have your own RP thread.

Quality is better then Quantity. This is quantity.
