Emaciated, not eating or drinking

I could do a gross necropsy but would miss subtle changes and couldn’t do histopathology. I have another Onagadori pullet in the house with the same condition. At least this one weighs twice as much. Not eating or drinking, yellowish white liquid stools, lethargy. This is really sucking.
Fecal was positive for coccidia.
I'm so sorry that you have another one that is not well.

How long have you had them?
Since the fecal was positive for Coccidia on the first one and this other one has similar symptoms - If she were mine, I would treat with Corid.

Getting a gram stain would be a good idea too - you may be dealing with more than one thing.

Necropsy photos. Obvious granuloma on liver, looks like lymphoid enlargements along intestines, granular ovarian tissue?, I dont know about nerve enlargement. There was some normal stool in intestines so I dont think she was anorexic for long

I think we might be missing some photos here. Her air sacks look a little inflamed. The oviduct might just be granular because she was so young. Not sure from the last photo but it looks like her spleen is a little dark. The spot on the liver is a tad concerning as well. Someone else might know more.

The white spots on the liver plus the faint ones are cancer. Hard to know if the liver was the primary spot or not unless you can see other tumors elsewhere. Did you see any yellow ascites fluid when you opened the abdomen?

Sorry about the Mareks diagnosis. Did your vet think that? It can only be confirmed with testing of the feather shafts or tumor tissue with histology. Mareks, lymphoid leukosis viruses both with can cause lymphomas, and there is also adenocarcinoma, squamous cell, and a few other types of cancer in chickens. Perhaps your vet could send off some tumor tissue to one of labs that do the PCR testing. UGA and Texas A&M might be good choices.
