Jude, who was walking up the front porch, had the mail and magazine in her hand. She plopped down in a chair at the dining room table, where her Mothers kitchen maid had cooked her up breakfast. "Thanks Dollie," Jude said sweetly, flashing a sweet smile at the older woman. "Oh, don't mention it darlin'." Dollie replied in her rich southern accent.

The magazine was an extra thick issue of Horse Illustrated. On the cover were the usual "Win a saddle!" "The WEG's! Buy your tickets!" "Clinton Anderson lessons!", but the feature article was different this time. "Bridget Stout: 2011's Hottest New Star!" The cover was a picture of Wind and Bridget in the middle of a reining stop, Wind's muscles bulging and dirt flying. (She's gotta read the article!

"Oh, look who's in this issue's of Horse illustrated Mom!" Jude said in mock excitement. She quickly snorted, and threw it half way down the table. "Let me see it," Charlene said in a motherly voice, opening up the magazene to the article.

I hope this will be good enough, to have her Mom read the article to Jude.

I just don't think its in her personality to read it, you know what I mean?

I do.

On the first page of Jude's article, under personal questions, there was one in bold.

Do you have anyone you want to shout out to?
Yeah, my friend Jude. She's going through some really tough stuff that's my fault, and I'm so sorry. I can't shake the feeling that I'm really messing everything up... I just wanted to say that I was sorry and thanks for being there for me. Don't stop being that way just because of me.

Jude's Mother promtly read that to her. "Jude, that was so sweet!" She said, covering her mouth in a gasp. "Yeah...." Jude sighed, looking down into her plate.
