Bridget sighed. Since Horse Illustrated had gotten the word out about her engagement, a pike if letters had come in for interviews and features. She still had planning to do for the next month. Jake had already bought a suit, but she had yet to purchase a dress. She had ordered flowers - thousands of white lillies - and expensive catering already. She still needed a cake, but the invites had been out a while. "Bride-zilla," She said to herself.

He snarled. "Leave me, mare," snapped the stallion, flagging his tail and prancing about the paddock in a territorial manner.

"I've also seen worse mares. You're nothing," he snapped. "I'll tear that foal clean out from your stomach if you don't leave soon enough."

Her laughing grew louder. "This is not me trying to be bad, colt. I was placed here by the human I'm not leavening."

"Colt? Excuse me?" he said, his height becoming clearer once he stepped closer to the mare. "I say you straighten up your attitude if you want to get some respect."
