I’m not even sure. We just noticed a hen went broody last week. We have no idea how old the eggs even are. I’m just trying to figure out if I should let her sit or get them out if the coop.

I see, when candling, be sure to do it in a very dark room, otherwise you may not see clearly.

It was pitch black.

I did candle it in a dark room. And could only see the yolk. Ok! Thank you! We are incubating, a hen went broody. I’ll wait a few more days to check the rest.
