Embryos dying during incubation

Hi, 2 weeks ago I put in the incubator 23 shipped silkie eggs but only 6 started to develop. When I candled on day 7 it looked like 3 died early with blood ring. Now I candled on day 11 and another chick died but it was pretty developed now I'm left with two but those may die too. I don't know if it is my fault or the eggs. It is my second incubation but last time I didn't lose any developing chicks and those were also shipped eggs but from a different seller. The temperature is between 37,7 - 38 C.
It was also pretty cold when they were shipped but would that affect already developing embryos.

Is your thermometer calibrated? The cooler shipping temps shouldn't affect anything

Yes the I used a couple of different thermometers and they all show the same temp

I use the electronic one with a wire and the sensor at the end of it I don't really know how to calibrate it

It is probably off. That would be one of the only things that would cause deaths like that. Here is a link that should help, I suggest calibrating them.
