emergancy help needed

my neighbors chickens are dying! she told me that her sons chickens eyes are swelling shut and then they quit eating and fall over dead. what is wrong with them. he does not know what to do for them. he said that they had sores on their beaks but not in their mouth and their eyes were bubbly to begin with then swelled shut, with crusty like stuff on them. they did not rattle or wheeze, when their eyes swelled shut they quit eating and then died. he is really needing help he doesn't want to loose his whole flock. he just lost 2 babies today

Does she have an internet connection? If so have her join and post pics so we can try and help her more (it might be something like coryza/MG but may also be wet pox ) As it stands there is just too little info to even guess at what action may help her.
Be sure and ask her to fill in the questions in the sticky folder at the top as well as post pics .

I will try to get her or her son to join I told them to come here last night they came and looked and he said it looked like coryza to him but there were no rattling or wheezing sneezing or anything like that just the swollen crusty eyes. oh and no smell either oh and all his others don't have any symptoms yet either and all of them that were swollen died.
