For now the heat lamp is just what she needs ........
She sounds young,, did you leave her outside by

It was 70 today in suffolk virginia but at night it's 50 she opened her eyes for alittle and there's other but this pullet and two other hens got introduced to my flock 2 days ago it seemed like she hasn't been getting no sleep but when I picked her out she was running around eating and drink now that I brought her home she still would eat and drink but she was always tired I thought she was sick but she still would come when called and she kept running in the spots of sun to sleep and I came home to find her on the ground like she was dead idk what to do

Hmm. I dont have enough knowledge or experience to even try an tell you what it could be. Hopefully someone will come along here soon and give you some answers but I can tell you that heat and water< when shes in a bit better shape is all you can do to help at this moment. So do those things and relax :/
Good Luck

She ended up not making it poor little thing I did the best I could.

Any chicks that young need to be in a brooder with a heat lamp, especially if you have less than 10 of them. The cold is what killed her. I hope you will do your research on raising baby chicks before getting any more.
