EMERGENCY! Chick cant stand, open eyes or eat

I just got a chick that isn't doing so well. This morning I had to clean poop of her bottom and ever since she's pooped a ton. However, her eyes are still closed, she's not standing, and she'll sporadically move. It's almost like she's gasping for air and breathing really hard.

How old is the chick? Can you get her drinking some water with electroytes or sugar 1 tsp per gallon? Was she shipped or from a feed store? If she is just a couple of days old she may have shipping stress.
