Did either vet suggest surgery? I suspect she might have salpingitis, which is an infection of the reproductive tract. Surgery is very expensive, as in over $1000, so it's not an option for most people.certainly is not an option for me.
Call you vets and ask about doing blood work up and X-rays.

Is she still on the Baytril? What state do you live in?Spoke to the vet and he said regardless of the results he’s keep her on the same medication. He is not even offering me surgery as Ann option. We have no vets near us which specialise in Chickens so now I’m at a loss of what to do as I obviously want to do everything I can to help her
I'm thinking that if it is something that medicine can fix that Baytril would have done the job.

I agree.From all the reasearch I’ve done and all the vets I’ve seen I think it’s best to finish the course of antibiotics she’s on and then just hope for the best. Thank you anyways
