She is acting completely fine. She’s walking around my house looking for crumbs on the floor as if nothing happened to her.

No. I would not.
Just keep her inside or cooped up by herself in a clean area for a few days.

I think she needs to be stitched up. Her insides are completely exposed.

She’s free range but we lock them up at night in a secure coop. They’re not going out these next few days until the predator is caught.

Try setting a large live trap with bloody raw chicken in it.
